Quality

The factories are identified by process - metal fabrications, plastic injections, tooling, turned parts, coldformed parts, die castings & Sintered parts and the like. Quality is controlled by the firm's China-based engineers, supported by quality control inspectors based in the supplier factories. Production methods are matched to customers quality requirements and or batch sizes. Prototypes can normally be available in 45-48 days.

We specialise in the supply of precision engineered components from our manufacturing plants in  China, Taiwan and India. Approved to ISO9001,  we can supply full Quality Documentation to PPAP level 3
